TOY CON SEOUL 2026 Website Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the TOY CON SEOUL website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) operated by Urban Complex Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Site” refers to the website operated by the Company to provide TOY CON SEOUL event information and email newsletter subscription services.
- “User” refers to a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- “Content” refers to all information posted on the Site, including texts, images, and artwork information of participating artists.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Site.
- The Company may amend these Terms within a scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations. In the event of an amendment, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and announced on the Site from 7 days prior to implementation.
Article 4 (Copyright of Content)
- The copyright for the content posted on the Site (including artwork images of participating artists) belongs to the Company or the respective copyright holder.
- Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, or otherwise use the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 5 (Obligations of the User)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Reproducing or distributing content posted on the Site without authorization.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
- Posting or transmitting information that violates relevant laws and regulations.
Article 6 (Changes to Event Schedule and Cancellation)
- The schedule, venue, participating artists, and program configuration of TOY CON SEOUL may be changed depending on the circumstances of the Company.
- In the event that the event is changed or cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure events, the Company will notify in advance through the Site, and the Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting therefrom unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 7 (Exemption and Limitation of Liability)

① The Company shall not bear any responsibility if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, telecommunication network disruptions, or other force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

② The Company is not responsible for the contents of information or materials posted or transmitted by users through the Site. However, the Company takes necessary measures to prevent the distribution of illegal information as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.

③ The Company is under no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users and third parties, and shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users due to such disputes. However, this shall not apply if the dispute is caused by the Company’s own fault.

② Since external websites are operated independently of the Company, the Company bears no responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or any damages arising to users from using such sites. Users are advised to check the terms of service of the respective external websites when visiting them.
Article 9 (Privacy Protection)
To protect users’ personal information, the Company establishes and discloses a separate Privacy Policy in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and complies with it.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- In the event of a dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Company and the user shall consult in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably.
- If the dispute is not resolved through consultation, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the competent court of jurisdiction.
